Football is the only fall sport remaining at BHS, after Bartlesville wrapped up its cross-country season this past weekend.

This year only one Bruin or Lady Bruin qualified for State, it was Preston Shoesmith, a Bruin junior. Shoesmith had a great time on Saturday, finishing in the top 50 of the state in 6A.

Shoesmith finished at 48 with a time of 16 minutes and 45.2 seconds.

The 6A State meet was held at Edmond Santa Fe high school this past Saturday.
