The Pawhuska Huskies got back on track last Friday in a rainy 80-13 home win against Quapaw. The Huskies played well from the opening kickoff. but following a four day break during a well-timed bye week, Coach Matt Hennesy was unsure how his team was going to respond.  

Looking ahead to this week, Pawhuska travels to take on area foe Caney Valley. Hennesy continues to stress heading into the playoffs, the Huskies aren't worried about what other teams are doing. More so, Hennesy says Pawhuska is focused on improving their own game.

Pawhuska will kickoff from Caney Valley on Friday evening at 7 p.m. That is a game you can hear on 991 FM KPGM and will also be streaming on KPGMTV.com.
