Bartlesville head football coach Harry Wright and Bruin tight end and linebacker Boden Roberts were the guests on Wednesday night’s Bruin Football Coaches Show, as we talk Bartlesville High football every Wednesday night from Dink’s Pit BBQ.

BHS gets set to take on Sapulpa tomorrow night trying to pick up its first win of the season. Sand Springs beat Bartlesville 51-0 in the Bruin’s most recent contest this past Friday.

Wright says this week of practice has been better so far. 

Boden Roberts, a junior, has been one of the biggest positives for Bartlesville’s stellar offense this fall. Roberts has caught 22 passes for a team-high 324 yards. He was one of the standouts on defense at the end of last year, too.

Roberts says a win over the Chieftains would be big.
