Nowata Measures Strength and Conditioning

Nowata also getting set to wrap up the summer and move on to actual practices next week.
Head coach Chance Juby is back for his fourth season this fall. The Ironmen were back in the playoffs last year.
It will be a younger group for Nowata, as more than half of its roster has graduated off 2024’s club.
Juby talks about how the final couple of weeks of the summer have gone for the Ironmen.
This part of the summer for Nowata features quite a bit of logging of times and lifting comparisons to the first part of the summer. The goal is to show improvement after several months of strength and conditioning work.
Juby says that acts as motivation right before practice is set to begin.
A tough task for a younger Nowata group during Zero Week, as the Ironmen travel about 50 minutes to their west to take on area foe in Pawhuska.
We will have that game for you on KRIGTV.com and select Nowata games all season long.
