Broken Arrow Tops Bruin BSB in Game One

Evan Fahrbach
Bartlesville High baseball dropped game one of its two-game District set with Broken Arrow on Monday night, as a pitcher’s duel early turned into more of a blowout late.
Tigers won it 9-0.
Bartlesville did not manage a hit against the BA starter and had 11 strikeouts. Kaden Romesburg had a couple of walks to get on base, but that was about all the offense BHS could muster.
Meanwhile Romesburg threw three one-run innings before running into trouble in the fourth. BA scored eight of its nine runs over the final three frames.
Bartlesville will get another crack at the Tigers in round two of the series on Tuesday. A 6:00 first pitch from Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium.
