Lady Bruin Season Ends v Westmoore

The Bartlesville High girls basketball team had its season end on Thursday evening in thBe first round of the 6A Regionals.
BHS fell to Wesmoore in an elimination game in Broken Arrow, 67-57.
Bartlesville allowed Westmoore to hit seven first-half three-pointers and open a 17-point lead at halftime. BHS rallied within nine at one point in the second half, but it was too late. The first-round loss bounces BHS out of the postseason.
Bartlesville got a great performance from Sami Shaeffer who willed her team early. She finished with a team-high 24 points.
Kennedy Nubel had this great and-one in the fourth quarter that kept the Bruins hanging around.
The loss ends Bartlesville’s season at 13-12 and ends the career of three senior starters in Alayah Lunn, Adrianne Flick and Kennedy Nubel.
