At Monday’s Osage County Commissioners meeting, Board members got an update on the construction progress being made at the courthouse. Dalton Higgins, who is overseeing the project, said things are going according to plan.

When speaking of the annex, Higgins said they have yet to run into any issues and that they remain on pace to finish when they were originally supposed to. 

Higgins said that an architect is on board for the courthouse renovation project and that they hope to get bid permits set with drawings by the end of September. That would fully define the scope and allow them to begin phase one of the renovation project. Higgins goes on to talk about what the long term time range will look like.

Higgins said he doesn’t see any other issues arising at this time.
