Summer Pride Underway at Oklahoma Union
Summer pride is underway at Oklahoma Union as athletes continue offseason workouts.
OKU has split their workouts this summer down the middle between weight lifting and agility work. Head football coach Josh Middleton talks about the main lifts.
For summer pride exclusively, Middleton says about 40 to 45 kids have come out for workouts.
The Cougars wrapped up spring football last week and officially kicked off summer pride last week. OKU competed in Dewey's team camp May 27 and 28.
Middleton is entering his first season as head coach of Oklahoma Union football.
