Oklahoma Union football continues to work through summer pride and continues to perfect their craft as the season approaches in a few months.

The Cougars have gotten work in on the field and in the weight room since the summer program began earlier this month. Head football coach Josh Middleton breaks down the approach to summer pride.

A season ago, OKU football had around 30 players on the team. Football will compete in a division lower than they did last year, in Class A-II. Last fall, the Cougars were Class A-I. Middleton talks about the overall numbers for summer workouts between the morning and evening sessions.

Middleton is in his first season as head coach of Oklahoma Union football.
