Indians Baseball Prepares for State Tournament
Bartlesville's boys of summer have one more tournament to go in 2025 before closing out the summer.
The Doenges Toyota Indians get a few days off before heading into the Legion State Tournament in Ada next weekend.
The Indians most recently played in the Oklahoma Stan Musial World Series, where they played familiar DBAT clubs such as Tulsa Sandlot. The Tribe went 0-2 in pool play to miss on the semifinals of the tournament.
Going into the state tournament, the Indians have one tournament championship under their belt, following a title at the Glen Winget Tournament over the Fourth of July weekend.
Last year at the state tournament, the Indians made it all the way to the state championship game before falling to a club out of Ada. The Tribe played six games over a three day stretch and finished 4-2 in those games.
The state tournament starts on July 24 in Ada.
