The Pawhuska Huskies are playing host to the Pawhuska Tournament this week. Starting on Thursday, this year's format is a round robin style tournament where times and opponents have been pre-determined.

On Thursday, both Pawhuska teams will take on Tulsa Webster. The Huskies will face off against Morrison on Friday and on Saturday, the girl's will play Crossings Christian, while the boys play Epic Charter School.

Lady Huskies Coach David Cash said coming out of a championship win of the Morrison Tournament, he feels like the Lady Huskies are playing the best basketball all year. Cash hopes that continues in what is expected to be a tournament filled with plenty of talent.

Cash said the Lady Huskies have received good news regarding Pari Harper, who had gotten hurt in a game earlier this month. The hope is to phase Harper back in so that she will be ready when the playoffs roll around. In Harper's absence, Cash said freshman Emilee Curry has done a great job stepping up.

All of those games can be viewed on KPGMTV.com and most will have audio available on 99.1 FM KPGM.
