Good FB Numbers and New AD at WCS

WCS is breaking in its third head coach in as many years.

Fabian Quiroz was hired this past spring after last year’s skipper in Blaine Landers took another job.

Numbers are still strong inside the program, as WCS has had as many as 18 guys out for summer workouts depending on the day.

Quiroz says it is the older guys leading the way this summer for the Mustangs.

Former head coach Curt Cloud stepped away two years ago from the program and is now the Wesleyan Christian superintendent.

With Cloud’s move to superintendent, Wesleyan Christian has promoted its boy’s basketball coach, Steven Cooks to athletic director.

Cooks will be in his fifth season with WCS this fall.
