Dewey Baseball Scores 10 Runs in Seventh to Stun Metro

Dewey Bulldogger baseball picked up their fifth district win of the season on Tuesday night to split with Metro Christian.
Dewey scored 10 runs in the top of the seventh to beat the Patriots, 13-12.
The Doggers were led by Easton Davis, he finished 2-for-3 with 3 RBIs and a walk. He hit a homerun in his first at-bat. Jay Murguia and Mason Snellgrove also finished with multiple hits. Dewey as a team finished with nine hits.
Dewey improves to 12-4 with the win and 5-1 in district play. Going into the season, head coach Riley Allen talked about the competitive district.
The Bulldoggers swept Sequoyah (Tahlequah) in a doubleheader on March 9 on the road.
Dewey is back in action on Thursday for a doubleheader against Locust Grove and Adair in the Adair Festival.
