Bruin Baseball Home Opener Thursday
If the rain stays away, Thursday will be the first official Bartlesville High baseball game at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium this spring.
BHS getting set to take on Skiatook, as the Bruins are looking for their first win of the season. A pretty large contingent of returners is mixing with a new group of transfers for head coach Cody Price’s seventh season at Bartlesville.
The Bruins are 0-1 after a run-rule loss to Lincoln Christian on Monday during their season opener. Price says his club is still figuring some stuff out this week before District play begins.
He talks objectives for the contest this afternoon against the Bulldogs.
A 4:30 first pitch from Rigdon Field Thursday afternoon.
Price has finished over .500 in five of his six previous seasons at BHS.
