BHS Hoops Tough Task v. PC North

We only have a handful of dates remaining with a full schedule of high school basketball across the area, and Friday night is one of them. Most clubs are winding down District or conference play in NE Oklahoma.
At Bartlesville High, it is the third-to-last District twin bill at home against Putnam City North. Both BHS clubs will have tough tasks Friday, as the PC North boys and girls are both going to be Regional hosts and are at the top of the District standings.
On the guy’s side, the Bruin boys were blown out at Edmond Santa Fe against one of the state’s best on Teusday. The game tonight against the Panthers wraps up the toughest two-game stretch of the season.
Head coach Jake Christenson talks about the schedule of late and the Bruin loss on Tuesday night.
The schedule will lighten for Bartlesville next week. The Bruins get Capitol Hill on the road and Stillwater at home.
On the girl’s side, BHS will get last year’s 6A state champs into Bruin Fieldhouse. PC North is undefeated in District play.
Girls tip at 6:30 with the guys to follow around 8:00 with both games on KWON – AM 1400, FM 93.3 and 95.1. Video coverage on KWONTV.com.
Pregame starts just after 6:00.
