A notable Bruin golfer had a career first on Monday.

Bruin junior Jay Wasemiller got his first career hole-in-one. Wasemiller did it on No. 11 at Forest Ridge Golf Club from 194 yards out.

Bartlesville Superintendent Chuck McCauley send this audio from the course following Wasemiller’s big moment.

Again, it was Bartlesville’s sophomores who led the way. Carter Sauer and Damien Walker had four and five over par for the best Bruin scores.

Wasemiller finished at 12 over part for the two rounds at 161 and the Bruins took 10th as a team at the event at Broken Arrow.
