Washington Co. Woman Charged With Trafficking Drugs

A Washington County woman is facing a felony charge after allegedly possessing methamphetamine.
 
40-year-old Sarah Thomas Frazier was charged on Wednesday with trafficking a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
 
According to the Bartlesville Police Department, Frazier was a passenger in a vehicle on March 31 that was pulled over due to a dysfunctional brake light. Authorities searched the vehicle after a positive K9 assist.
 
During the search, authorities allegedly found 15 needles and 29 grams (1.02 oz) of methamphetamine in Frazier's possession.
 
The driver of the vehicle was allegedly identified as 43-year-old Kyle Fugate of Bartlesville. He has been previously convicted of felony possession of CDS.
 
Frazier will appear in court again on April 17 at 9 a.m. Her bond is set at $50,000.
