Oklahoma Wesleyan men's basketball assistant coach Thomas Poling passed away on Tuesday.

Poling, who's son Austin Poling played for OKWU, was an assistant coach for five seasons with the men's basketball team.

Head coach Donnie Bostwick talked about the bond Poling formed with people on campus.

Services to remember and celebrate the life of Poling will be Saturday morning at 10 a.m. at the OKWU Chapel, under the direction of Arnold Moore and Neekamp Funeral Home.

Thomas Poling was 67.
