OKU Baseball Hosting a Regional

The postseason is on the horizon for Oklahoma Union baseball, as the regional brackets for 2A Division II are official.
The Cougars were ranked seventh in the final OSSAA rankings, giving OKU a home regional.
Joining the Cougars in Northern Nowata County are Hulbert, Hooker and Minco.
OKU is 15-10 on the year with one game against Wyandotte on Friday to go before regionals start.
The Cougars snapped a four game losing streak last week with a dominant win over Cleveland, and made it back-to-back wins after shutting out Mounds on Monday, 8-0.
As far as the postseason goes, Funkhouser talked about keeping the positivity and limiting the mental mistakes.
Oklahoma Union wraps up the regular season on Friday in Wyandotte at 5 p.m. Regionals start on May 8.
