Bartlesville High baseball is 1-0 during its trip to Gulf Shores Alabama, as the Bruins got a win during their first game on the annual spring break trip on Monday.

BHS beat Greenbriar, Arkansas, 9-2.

Again, a great performance for a Bartlesville offense that has struggled. BHS knocked out 11 hits and had three innings with a crooked number.

Kanin Romesburg excelled, he was the only Bruin with multiple hits and he had three. Kaden Romesburg was great on the mound. Kaden threw six innings, gave up six hits with nine strikouts and two walks. Both runs he allowed were unearned.

BHS gets back above .500 for the season with the win, as Bartlesville improves to 5-4 overall.

The Bruins will face Wright City on Tuesday morning at 11:30 then take on Charles Henderson, Alabama for game two at 2:00.
