There is only one non-conference game left for Oklahoma Wesleyan men’s basketball, and it is a big one on a big-time stage on Sunday afternoon.

The Eagles will face Langston at the Paycom Center at noon on Sunday. The game will be the first time on the court in nearly two weeks for OKWU, which had its final game before the break a couple weeks ago.

Wesleyan is 9-3 on the year with one conference loss and a couple close non-conference defeats.

Head coach Donnie Bostwick talks about where he thinks his club is after the first 12 games.

The Eagles had to do the final couple weeks of conference play without their All-American center in Jaden Lietzke. He suffered an injury to his face that kept him out of the lineup.

Wesleyan was still able to beat Southwestern and Bethel on the road without him.

Bostwick credits the Eagle’s full-court press for helping get those wins.

Two of the best NAIA programs in the country, Langston and OKWU on Sunday at noon. More on that matchup later this week.

We will have that game on KPGM this weekend.
