Bruins Season Comes to an End at Putnam City

Bartlesville saw its season come to an end on Friday night, as they fell to the Putnam City Pirates, 26-14. The Bruins were efficent in the first half though, forcing a fumble and getting an interception.
With Bartlesville trailing 13-0, Putnam City was punting it deep in their own territory when the special teams made a big play to get back in it.
Trailing 13-7 late in the second quarter, Michael Kent connected with Damien Niko on this touchdown pass, giving the Bruins its lone lead of the game.
After a Putnam City quarterback change at halftime, the Pirates outscored Bartlesville 13-0 in the second half.
Bartlesville finishes the year at 3-8.
