OKWU Athletics Shines Again This Weekend

Let’s look at Oklahoma Wesleyan athletics over the weekend:

Former Bartlesville Bruin Sydney Collins had another big day for Oklahoma Wesleyan University Volleyball, as she had 44 assists for the Lady Eagles who cruised to a 3-0 win over York University in Bartlesville on Saturday afternoon.

OKWU dominated each set 25-16, 25-16 25-13 in route to their 18th straight win. The No. 6 ranked Lady Eagles are now 21-1 overall and 6-0 in KCAC action.

OKWU men's soccer stayed unbeaten in KCAC play Saturday as the Eagles shut out York 2-0. It was the 10th straight win for OKWU who improves to 11-1 overall and 9-0 in KCAC play. They host Evangel University on Wednesday.

Lady Eagles soccer haven't lost this season, but they did have their nine-match winning streak snapped on Saturday in a 0-0 draw at York. OKWU is now 10-0-3 overall and 7-0-1 in the KCAC - They are also in play at home on Wednesday.
