A 32-year-old Copan woman was seen in court Tuesday on the felony charges of second-degree rape and lewd molestation. Ember Bryan is accused of having intimate relations with a then 14-year-old boy in October 2023 and January 2024.

The victim told forensic interviewers that Bryan had inappropriate contact with him multiple times while he was at her house to hang out with her children. According to an affidavit, the victim was awoken by Bryan trying to have intimate relations with him one night.

The victim alleged that him and Bryan had a physical relationship for several weeks after the first incident. Ember Bryan was given a $100,000 bond and her next court date is set for July 19^th.
