The Dewey City Council and Public Works Authority both met Monday evening in what was two quick meetings. The City Council would approve two items that approved budgets for fiscal years 2024-2025.

The general fund budget would come out to over $1.79 million; the special revenue funds budget came out to $961,225, and meter trust came out to $54,000. City Manager Kevin Trease did have an update on what to expect in the next meeting in two weeks.

The Public works Authority meeting had no new agenda items, and only dealt with the approval of claims. Both groups will meet again on June 17^th starting at 7 pm at Dewey City Hall.
