A Bartlesville man was killed in a Friday morning motorcycle crash in Kay County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 54-year-old Rodney D. Ramsey was riding a 2002 Harley Davidson on State Highway 11 and Acker Hill Road in Kaw City when he collided with a 2014 GMC Sierra driven by 60-year-old Ernest Rennie of Kaw City just after 9 a.m. Friday morning.

Ramsey was transported via ambulance to a Ponca City hospital where he died from injuries sustained in the crash. Rennie was transported via private vehicle to the hospital, where he was treated and released.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
