Yorkmark Talks Big 12 at Media Days
Conference realignment won’t stop, as more rumors and rumblings continue to come out about the ACC this week.
There have been media reports that Clemson and Florida State are exploring all options in trying to end their current TV contract early to find a better landing spot.
Big 12 Commissioner Brett Yormark has been one of the bigger winners in this past round of realignment. The conference was on shaky ground after OU and Texas left for the SEC, but eight strong additions later, and it’s on better footing after the dissolution of the PAC-12.
Yormark talked about the conference’s future during Big 12 Media Days earlier this week.
Yormark was credited with being aggressive in the pursuit of Colorado, which led to Arizona, Arizona State and Utah bolting to the Big 12, as well.
