Wright, Sutton Williams Preview BHS Newcastle
Got a chance to catch up with Bartlesville head football coach Harry Wright and tailback and linebacker Sutton Williams on coach Wright’s weekly radio show on Wednesday night.
Every Wednesday KWON and KWONTV.com will talk Bruin football at Dink’s Pit BBQ.
As BHS is getting set to begin its season at home against Newcastle on Friday evening, Bartlesville has plenty of familiar faces in its lineup again this year, but most are young.
Only about 10 of the Bruin’s 60+ guys on the roster are seniors this fall.
Williams is one of them. Williams says that this team continues to grow both on and off the field during fall camp, which should help pay off on Friday nights.
Williams talks about some standouts whose names maybe you haven’t heard that will impact the game.
Weather is setting up to be fantastic for the Bruin’s opener at Custer Stadium tomorrow evening. Wright mentioned how much help at big crowd can be to aid in Bartlesville’s effort.
