Wesleyan Christian Hosting Playoffs - Again

There will be two playoff games in Bartlesville on Friday night. BHS hosts PC North and Wesleyan Christian School is at home against Graham-Dustin.

The Mustangs have been to four straight Class C state playoffs and have now hosted a game in the first round for three years in a row. WCS is the two-seed out of District 3 following a blowout win over Coyle this past weekend.

Head coach Curt Cloud says the accomplishment of hosting three straight years is thanks to a group of seniors that stuck it out for the program when they were younger.

Curt’s son Tyrel Cloud, Kael Siemers and Carson Tennison have been mainstays in the program.

WCS had to co-op with Copan just to have a team in 2018.

Graham-Dustin is the same first-round opponent Wesleyan Christian had last year. Mustangs won that game a year ago, 51-28. It was not a complete domination last year.

Cloud says Graham-Dustin also has a handful of impactful players back in its lineup.
