Thunder Win v. Minnesota Again

The Oklahoma City Thunder now leads the Western Conference finals 2-0, as OKC took care of Minnesota at home again on Thursday night.
Thunder beat the Timberwolves 118-103.
OKC was mostly in command throughout. The Thunder lead by eight at half and extended that into the 20s after three quarters.
Newly named MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was the star, but Jalen Williams helped, too. This three from J Dub set the Thunder up for that big lead in the third.
Minnesota tried to make things interesting at the end, but SGA slithered to the hoop for this basket that effectively ended the game.
SGA finished with 38 points on 21 shots.
After the game head coach Mark Daigneault says his team’s shot selection while making a run was a big reason for some early separation.
The series now moves to Minnesota on Saturday night. Another 7:30 tip.
OKC opened as a 3.5-point favorite on the road in game three. Your home for Thunder basketball in NE Oklahoma is Sports Talk 99.1 FM - KPGM.
