Recapping Dewey Baseball's Historic Season

Dewey Bulldogger baseball made history this spring with their first appearance in the state tournament in over 10 years.
Behind an experienced group of seven seniors, the Bulldoggers put together a 30-win season on top of their trip to the state tournament. Dewey's season ended last Thursday in Norman to the eventual state champion, Washington, in the first round of the tournament.
The appearance in this year's state tournament was the program's first since 2014. The Bulldoggers finished second in their district behind Metro Christian, hosted a regional and swept it, and met Stigler in an area championship series. Dewey dropped the first game of the series before taking the next two and advancing to state.
Heading into the summer and into next spring, the Bulldoggers lose a handful of impactful seniors from this season. Allen talks about the players that will be returning next season.
Dewey finished the 2026 campaign with a record of 30-10.
