Patriot Auto Athlete of the Week - Peyton Trotter
It is another Monday, which means it is time for another Patriot Auto Area Athlete of the Week -- Powered by Tri County Tech.
This week, it's Nowata Ironmen senior football player, Peyton Trotter. For Peyton, his football career in terms of wins has been up and down as the Ironmen went winless in 2021, won two games in 2022 after hiring Chance Juby as the head coach, and finally winning four games this previous season.
Trotter started playing sports when he was young as he started with wrestling. Later on he would stop wrestling and he picked up football shortly after that. Trotter talks about what got him into football.
Trotter finished his senior season with 18 total touchdowns, which led his team. He was also one of the main reasons Nowata had their best football season since 2019 as they finished this year at 4-6.
Peyton says he will wrap up his senior year of sports running track next semester. Congrats to Peyton Trotter on being this weeks Patriout Auto Area Athlete of the week - Powered by Tri County Tech.
