Patriot Athlete of the Week: Teegan Caron
It is another Monday, which means we have another Patriot Auto Group Area Athlete of the Week.
This week we wrap up our football players across the area with Copan senior running back Teegan Caron.
Caron has been a four-year starter at a stellar Copan program over his four seasons. Caron helped lead the Hornets to back-to-back second place District finishes and home playoff games.
Caron says he thought that this past season Copan improved tremendously throughout the year.
The Hornets went 8-3 in 2025 with a first round home loss to Coyle a couple of weeks ago.
Caron talks about how this Copan team’s bond grew throughout this career.
Caron also plays basketball and baseball for the Hornets. He is more of a driving point guard for Copan head basketball coach Kolten Stacy. Copan will have its first basketball game this week, and Caron says basketball is his second favorite sport.
As far as future plans, Caron says he wants to play football at the next level.
Caron says that he likes to spend time outdoors with his friends and family in his spare time.
Caron is about to take home several postseason football honors, including all-state and all-District selections. Congrats to Hornet senior Teegan Caron, this week’s Patriot Auto Area Athlete of the Week, powered by Tri County Tech.
