Patriot Athlete of the Week: Hailey Gillman

It's the start of a new week, which means we have another Patriot Auto Group Area Athlete of the Week.
This week, we head back to Nowata and feature senior softball player Hailey Gillman.
Gillman, who took the first two years at Nowata off from softball, said she was glad to get back into it.
Nowata's season came to a close in the regional rounds in late September under first year head coach Derick Ott. The Lady Ironmen picked up wins this season over the likes of Oklahoma Union, Copan and Caney Valley (OK). Gillman talked about coming back to softball in high school.
After Nowata, Gillman plans to go to college to study early child care development. Gillman talks about the choice of study.
Gillman will return for basketball season in just over a month.
