Panthers Hosting Wetumka Friday Night
Friday night was supposed to be a bye week for the Barnsdall Panthers, but after unforeseen circumstances their off week occurred last week and they have scheduled a game with Wetumka for Friday. Coach Kylee Sweeney says they were able to take the last two weeks to get healthy and highlights how the two Panther quarterbacks have done in getting the Panthers off to an undefeated start.
Sweeney says the defense has done a great job stepping up in the first half of the season, but an experienced offensive line has also enabled the Panthers to run for 1,600 yards so far this year.
Barnsdall will host Wetumka this Friday for a 7 p.m. kickoff.
