Panthers Battling Injuries Heading into Big Home Game

The Barnsdall Panthers remained banged up heading into Friday night's home contest with Ketchum. Of the five players who missed time in Friday's loss to Woodland, coach Kylee Sweeney hopes to have some of them back, including quarterback Lincoln Gott. On Monday, Sweeney said many of those injured will be waiting on opinions from their doctors.

Even if the Panthers head into Friday's game at full strength, Sweeney says it will be a difficult test, pointing to a move-in Ketchum got from Vinita.

In order to combat those injuries Barnsdall is dealing with, Sweeney and his staff are continuing to install packages in an effort to work with what the Panthers will have on the field Friday night.

Friday night's game with Ketchum is pink out night. On Thursday, there will be a powderpuff football game at 6:30 p.m. Admission to that is $2 and concessions will be available.
