OKWU Soccer set to host National Tourney matches
A historic fall sports season continues for Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, as for the first time in the school's history, three programs will be hosting an NAIA National Tournament sporting event at home.
We start with the women's soccer team host as they host MidAmerica Nazarene at the OKWU Soccer Complex on Saturday. The Lady Eagles have not lost a single match this season at 16-0-4, Head Coach Ivan Ristic says it has been a special run.
Kickoff is slated for 4 pm at the the OKWU Soccer Complex tomorrow.
On the Men's side, the Eagles are hosting a National Tournament match against a To Be Determined opponent. OKWU Head Coach Jamie Peterson knows it is a special opportunity.
That match will be at noon Saturday from the OKWU Soccer Complex.
