Merciez Dazzles at All-State Games
Congrats to Bruin baseball standout Barrett Merciez, as the pitcher was tremendous during the Oklahoma State Games on Monday.
The All-State Games took place in Enid and feature the best underclassmen in the state.
Bartlesville head coach Cody Price is one of the coaches for the organization, so Price got a chance to coach Merciez one final time in 2024, representing the NE Oklahoma club.
Barrett went three innings, gave up one hit, no walks and no runs in his appearance.
Merciez will be one of the top returners for Bruin baseball in 2025. Last year as a sophomore Merciez burst onto the scene statewide.
He led Bartlesville in innings and posted a 2.66 ERA in nine starts, mostly in District play.
