Lady Bruin Softball Falls in Close One
Bartlesville softball lost its second District game in a row on Tuesday night in another tough contest.
Sand Springs topped BHS 4-1 again in extra innings. For the second straight District matchup Bartlesville gave up multiple runs in a tied game in the top of the eighth inning.
Allison Rosson still excelled in the circle. Rosson gave up only six hits and two earned runs. Bartlesville had five hits but three errors in the contest.
BHS is 3-2 In District play, 8-5 overall to begin 2025.

Other softball games locally from Tuesday:
Dewey beat Commerce for the second straight evening, 13-3. And It was Hominy over Pawhuska, 8-0.
