Indians Win Late Saturday - Winget Semis Sunday
Bartlesville enters the final day of its annual 4th of July baseball tournament with a chance to win it all.
The Doenges Toyota Indians stayed alive in their quest for back-to-back Glen Winget titles with a win over Burkburnett, Texas late on Saturday night/Sunday morning.
The Tribe beat the Blacksox, 8-0.
The game started at 10:53 PM on Saturday night following storms in the area. It ended just shy of 1:00 AM in a six-inning run rule.
The win moves Bartlesville to the semifinals for the fifth straight year.
The Indians will face Southern Elevation, a team out of Davis, Oklahoma, in the semifinals at 4:15 on Sunday afternoon on KWON - AM 1400. FM 93.3 and 95.1 and KWONTV.com.
