Indians Get Ready for Home Opener
One more day until the Doenges Ford Indians are back in action.
The Tribe will host Marucci Midwest for a double-header on Wednesday night at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium.
This is the first game for Bartlesville in the Oklahoma D-Bat League. The Indians won the Oklahoma Collegiate League regular season title a year ago, with action in the D-Bat league expected to be similar.
Bartlesville pitched tremendously over the weekend in Fort Smith, allowing only two earned runs through 12 innings pitched. It was the bats that failed the Indians on Sunday, although there were some bright spots.

A 5:45 first pitch in Bartlesville’s home opener on KWON – AM 1400, FM 93.3 and 95.1.

Bartlesville also plays at home in a single game on Saturday before heading back on the road early next week.
