High School Softball and Volleyball Practices Begin
We are officially into the fall sports seasons in the high school ranks, as Monday is the start of practices for volleyball, fast pitch softball and cross country.
At Bartlesville High cross country, will still wait another couple of weeks to get going, but volleyball and softball will begin with official practices this week.
Both will have scrimmages within two weeks and are less than 30 days away from games starting in mid-August.
On the softball side of things, Bartlesville head coach Kyle Minton is back for his sixth year with BHS. Minton’s program is coming off a slow pitch state tournament berth in the spring and will have many starters back from last year’s 13-24 fast pitch club.
Minton talks about the 2024 offseason so far for Bartlesville softball.
We will have more on Lady Bruin softball, volleyball and cross country when they start, as well.
Football practices start in four weeks on August 12.
