Doenges Ford Indians Back on Thursday Night
Bartlesville’s summer baseball team is back into action on Thursday night for the first two games of six that will get them set for the Glen Winget Tournament.
The 65th Winget kicks off on July 4.
The Doenges Ford Indians take on another Collegiate League club, this time in the OK Lookouts. Bartlesville has performed well against some college teams earlier this summer. The Indians took three of four against the league’s opponents two weeks ago.
Bartlesville is operating as a Legion club and is 19-and-under once again this summer, so the games against the college clubs is a step up.
A 5:45 first pitch for the twin bill in a couple games we will carry for you on KWON – AM 1400, FM 93.3 and 95.1.
