Dewey football looks for fast start against Checotah
Dewey football is back in action at home tomorrow night as the Bulldoggers host Checotah in their final game before non-district play begins next week. Dewey has arguably outplayed their opponents in the 2nd half of their first two games, outscoring Locust Grove and Perkins-Tryon 20-12 in the 2nd half.
The first half has been tough to the Bulldoggers so far getting outscored 89-0 in the first half, Head Coach Ryan Richardson knows that Dewey needs a fast start against Checotah.
Checotah has scored 49 points in both of their two games, including a 60-49 loss last week to Seminole. Dewey is looking for a big game from both their offense and defense to get their first win of the season. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m from Dewey.
