Checking in With Dewey Football in Summer Pride
The Dewey Bulldoggers are wrapping up their first week of summer pride this week as athletes prepare for the upcoming season.
On the football field, Dewey is balancing their summer workouts with passing league action on Tuesday nights. The Bulldoggers were in Pawhuska this week for their first 7-on-7 event.
With an expanded coaching staff this coming football season, Dewey is able to have different groups during the two hour time period for workouts work on different things.
Dewey opens their season Aug. 27 in Vinita.
Dewey football will also put together a golf tournament at Boots Hollow Golf Course on June 27. We will have more information on the event in the near future.
