Caney Valley (OK) Back Home Thursday
The Caney Valley Trojans are back in action on Thursday night for a key area matchup on home turf for Oklahoma Union.
The Trojans are 0-6 to this point, they fell to a tough Pawnee squad last week, 50-0.
Going into what will be just the second home game of the season to this point for the Trojans, head coach Derrick Hammer talked about the environment of the home opener two weeks ago.
Oklahoma Union also enters the contest without a win, the Cougars are 0-5. The winner of this game will not only give someone their first win of the season, but also their first district win.
With a group made up of a lot of freshmen, Hammer talked about his team being students of the game.
Caney Valley and Oklahoma Union collide on Thursday night in Ramona at 7 p.m. This game will be featured as our Game of the Week, it can be heard on 100.1 - KYFM, with video available on KWONTV.com.
