Caney Valley Football Update near Summer's End

Last time we talked Caney Valley football we talked about what they had been up to since spring ball. Head Coach Stephen Mitchell talked about some team camps, 7-on-7 events and workouts. Now, on the other side of the mandatory OSSAA dead period earlier this month, the Trojans are looking to get prepped for practices in a few weeks.

Mitchell talked about what he plans to do with his group to finish out this month before practices start on Aug. 12^th

As the Trojans gear towards the end of the summer, Mitchell says he is proud of the summer work he has seen from his kids.

Mitchell looks back to the good thing this summer.

We will have more on Caney Valley and local high school football as we get closer to the official start of practices.
