Bruin Golf Familiar With Late-SZN Courses
Told you earlier this week that Bartlesville High boy’s golf is headed back to the 6A State Tournament as a team. BHS finished fourth at Regionals on Monday, which solidified its spot at Hillcrest Country Club in just over a week.
Hillcrest will play host to the 6A State Tournament for the girls next week then the guy’s the week following.
The Bruins have been increasingly getting better over the past month of the regular season.
Head coach Carl Holmes says getting to play in Regionals at Bailey Ranch was beneficial for the Bruins on Monday. Holmes talks about the performance.
Jay Wasemiller and Carter Sauer led the way for BHS in Regionals and both should continue to have a shot at placing well at State on May 11 and 12 at Hillcrest.
