Bruin Football Holds Night of Champions

Sticking with football, it is an important part of the offseason on Wednesday night for Bartlesville High Bruin football.

BHS going to hold its annual Night of Champions under the lights at Custer Stadium.

Bartlesville will have all its football players take part in a lifting competition. The event is designed to show how far the players have come since the beginning of summer workouts.

BHS head coach Harry Wright talks about the transition from offseason work to the start of practices in less than two weeks. 

As far as the summer pride workouts go, this is the third offseason that Bartlesville has been under the direction of coach Wright.

Wright speaks about how important Bartlesville’s work is during the offseason months in the weight room. 

The Night of Champions begins at 6:00 on Wednesday evening at Custer Stadium.

Following the event this evening we will be a 1.5 weeks from practices in Northeast Oklahoma.
