Bruin Baseball Drops Alabama Finale
Bartlesville High baseball dropped its final game in Gulf Shores, Alabama on Wednesday afternoon, as BHS returns from its Spring Break trip at 1-3.
Prattville Christian Academy topped the Bruins 9-3.
Again, Bartlesville swung the bats better. BHS pounded out six base hits and a double. Bartlesville also drew seven walks and had three guys hit by pitches.
However, despite all those baserunners, BHS struggled to get runs across the plate. Bartlesville stranded 13 over its seven innings of work offensively.
Defense also committed three errors, which led to three unearned Prattville runs. No Bruin’s had multiple hits.
BHS is 4-7 and returns home for a District series with Union on Monday.
